Save as “megaversal character sheet” (or whatever) and forever have a typed copy of your character sheets!!! (Every time you make a new one, of course, you’re gonna hafta save as a new name, probably the character’s name.)

Ever had a GOOD IDEA for a new O.C.C., but had trouble putting the idea together? Or had an uncooperative G.M. or player who whined that it's not "cannon" enough for THEM? NOW YOU HAVE A CHEAT SHEET! Just save as NewOCC and print it out! If you save anohter as "final OCC" (or something like that ) you can edit it to look "real" enough for even the MOST recalictrant sea lawer!
